  • What is this store's return and exchange policy?

    We'll gladly accept cancellations
    Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

    We don't accept returns or exchanges.
    But please contact us if you have any problems with your order (damaged, etc.) We document and check every item before it is sent out!

    If item is damaged contact us with clear pictures of the damage within 4 days of receiving the item.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. 

  • Tracking My Package

    You will receive an e-mail once your order has shipped which will include your tracking number and a link to check the journey of your orders. If you have any additional questions, please contact our customer service team.

  • Lost Packages/ Never Received Package

    If you do not get your package within 30 days, please contact us so that we can help you right away !

  • Customs and import taxes

    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

    While we're not responsible for any delays due to customs, we will work with you to try to get your packaged to you as soon as possible.
